 This was just bugging me today.  I wanted to add a Buddy Pounce so I would
 see when 2 friends come online again.  The Buddy Pounces dialog from the
 Tools menu requires knowing the ICQ# etc.

 So the only option is Buddies -> Show -> Show Offline Buddies, followed by
 typed search name and then Add Buddy Pounce from the context menu.

 Personally, I think there is an easier solution than making text search
 automatically search offline buddies (and then having to implement the
 code to keep that offline buddy visible in the list view just because you
 searched for it, defying the filter).

 My solution is to simply add a shortcut key to Show Offline Buddies,
 Ctrl-O.  This would take care of all the above issues like viewing logs,
 sending offline messages, adding buddy pounces, etc. and would be 1 line
 of code.

 Heck, I might even be inspired to check out the code and submit a patch :)
