 Like many other with version 2.4.0 running it under XP SP2, I have been
 experiencing multiple crashes and it's all rather annoying. It all leads
 back to liboscar.dll. I saw trouble ticket #5023 had a patch, I just need
 to know where I can get that patch to apply it, or the program to open the
 .dll file to edit it!
