 When a conversation is initiated, Pidgin displays the conversation's
 window icon as the buddy icon. If a user then signs off, the icon 'grays
 out' and is shown in black and white instead of colour to indicate that
 the user is offline.

 If, however, a user then signs back online, the icon remains grayed out
 instead of being updated and the coloured icon returned to indicate that
 the user is now online.

 Closing and re-opening the window or even changing to a different tab in
 the window results in the icon being updated and returned to colour.

 Pidgin should update the window icon state when a SN signs back online.
