#5254: Send new message doesn't resolve names using Sametime protocol, but add
buddy does resolve

When you add a buddy under my Sametime (Lotus Notes, unfortunately) based
account it will lookup/suggest the full username, however when simply
sending a quick message to a non--buddy user, it won't resolve the short
name to their real lotus user ID.

 For example:
I want to IM ''John Doe'' who's username is actually ''CN=John Doe/OU=US-
Corporate/O=Corp/C=US'' I type ''John Doe'' when adding a buddy and it
resolves and comes back with a window of close matches to choose from.

When sending a quick message (<CTRL>+M), I have to input the ''CN=John
Doe/OU=US-Corporate/O=Corp/C=US'' to send to the user because it won't try
to resolve/suggest when I simply type ''John Doe''. It actually doesn't
even tell me the user as typed of ''John Doe'' doesn't exist, it gladly
opens a chat window, but when I try to IM in that window it errors out
saying the user is not online.

Can this be corrected to check/resolve usernames the same way it does when
 adding buddies?
