 I am using Pidgin with ICQ on two different computers, which do not share
 their settings. Both are set to restore previous status on program start.
 One computer is usually set to "available" and privacy is set to "allow
 all users on my buddy list". The other one is normally set to "invisible"
 and the privacy setting is "allow only the users below" so selectively
 unblock some users, i.e. being visible to them.

 Pidgin correctly restores the status on each of the computers, however the
 privacy settings are not restored. Thus, after switching to the other
 computer, the privacy is set to "allow all users on my buddy list" while
 being "invisible" and is set to "allow only the users below" (which
 contains only a subset of my buddylist) while being "available".
