Comment:

 If you want to read the assertion, figure out where in the code it is
 happening and fix the problem you are more than welcome to do so, but be
 warned pidgin hits glib assertions all the time, we don't pay as much
 attention to them as we might otherwise want to, so even if you fix this
 one it isn't going to make pidgin work correctly. Also, it should be
 entirely possible to set them as non-fatal just for pidgin.
