 Testing for a buddy to be a yahoo buddy is likely not enough to guarantee
 that they have conference support, nor does it make any sense to assume
 that only yahoo buddies are able to use conferences (this causes entirely
 incorrect completion results for chat rooms on any other protocol for
 example). To be acceptable this patch would need to pass in the
 account/conversation for which the completion is being done and then use
 that to key off of for which completed buddies are allowable. As to
 whether protocols/buddies have indications of whether they can support
 chat rooms, some protocols do support knowing that information but I don't
 believe they all do.

 I don't know if the author of this patch has any intention of continuing
 to work on it, but I figured it couldn't hurt to indicate what is wrong
 with the current one.
