 so i'm not sure if this is a defect or what it relates to the plugins. I
 added my extra third party plugins in the program files way, but learned
 that they should be delted each time i install a new version of pidgin,
 but they don't - they remain there each time. While perhaps a good feature
 at times I ran into an issue tonight (due to my own  stupdity) but was
 wondering if pidgin should 'start fresh' in the program files plugin
 directory or not.
