 With 2.4.0, the input field in the chat window is automatically sized to
 some degree rather than be arrangeable by the user. This is very
 restrictive as the size doesn't really feel comfortable to people
 accustomed to using in 2.3 when editing huge messages, and there's no
 '''OPTION''' to disable it. To me, this is a usability regression from
 2.3. This was discussed in #4986 but that was closed mentioning some
 static page to take care of temporary load. Hence, this new ticket is
 being opened. Please make this OPTIONAL at the very least so that users
 like us can first use it until we are comfortable enough until we go back
 to the new feature.
