#5692: "Always on top" window over buddy list prevents closing buddy window by
clicking on icon

 I'm running ubuntu hardy with pidgin 2.4.1 (I'm almost positive I didn't
 have this problem with gutsy).

If any window is set to be "always on top" (by right clicking the title
bar and selecting "always on top" and then moved over the buddy list
window then you can no longer close the buddy window by clicking the
 system tray icon.

I believe this is do to the fact that the first click of the tray icon
brings the buddy list on top of all other windows and since it cant get on
top of a window marked always on top, every click tries and fails and so
no number of clicks will close the buddy list.

 To reproduce:
Mark a window always on top
Move that window over the open buddy list window
Try to close buddy list by repeatedly clicking system tray icon
