 The max size allowed should be 100x100x150kb, if I remember well....yet it
 would be pointless to put it as a limit....instead, why not implementing
 something similar to the autoresizing used for avatars? It could easily
 take care of the 100x100 limit (not sure about the 150kb one, though), and
 could avoid the horrible resizing operation WLM sometimes does when
 recieving our custom big ones....
