#5726: Using US international keyboard layout in Windows

I cannot type international symbols on my keyboard using the Ctrl+Alt
combination when the keyboard layout is set to US international.
Usually, this is achieved with an AltGraph key, but I don't have one of
those on my keyboard.
None-the-less, I do feel the need, occasionally to type ''¿que pasa?'' and
Çirque du Soliel ... or I want to talk about something that sells in the
UK for £50.00 ...
Just letting you know. Hope a resolution can be found to this that's
relatively simple. I'm a programmer, too, so I know what a hassle it can
sometimes be.
