Comment:

 this is in a way similar to #4069 and #673, which became a
 [http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/GSoC2008/MasterPassword SOC project] and
 will hopefully be in a release in the end of this year...[[BR]]
 In my opinion a global account is the same as a master-passwort-function
 for certain accounts, isn't it?
