 the message:

 This application has failed to start because libatk-1.0-0.dll was not
 found. re-installing the application may fix this problem.
 Error loading pidgin.dll.
 Error: (126) The specified module could not be found.
 This probably means that GTK+ can't be found.

 So with the message above, I would like to know what Libatk-1.0-0.dll is
 and if I can download and also where I need to go and download GTK+. Which
 I think is my main problem but i don't know where I can go and download
 it.
