 I opened a new ticket since when I tried to append ticket 5441, my post
 received the following reply: "05/06/2008 11:05:38 AM changed by
 datallah...Please file a separate ticket for your issue and include a
 debug log."

 If the two of you could decide if I should open a new ticket, or respond
 to a specific ticket. I would be happy to help find out the root cause of
 this issue that appears to be affecting a number of users (based on search
 results on this and other forums).
