 When someone signs in or out, the buddy list does not update properly, and
 so you cannot see who signed in.  If you mouse over each buddy in the
 list, it updates, which causes this bizarre behavior where some buddies
 appear to be online twice until you run the mouse over every single buddy.

 It is rather hard to describe, and at this point, I do not want to include
 a screenshot because it would have to have all of the names of my buddies
 on it.  If people do not know what i mean, however, I will make one in the
 next few days that shows the behavior without showing the full buddy name.

 It may or may not matter, but I am using Vista 32 (the problem also occurs
 on my vista 64 install).  It may only be happening when the buddy that
 signs in or out is not currently shown on the list (i have a lot of
 buddies).  Also, I have not gotten a chance to see if this behavior
 happens if I am not docked -- I keep it docked on the left side of a dual
 monitor setup.  I am also running ultramon, although I would tend to doubt
 this has any effect.  Also, I am currently only using gtalk and aim
 accounts.
