 I forgot to mention that I compiled an installed pidgin-guifications_2.16
 and purple-plugin-pack_2.3.0. Pidgin 2.4.1 is installed from Ubuntu
 repositories.

 My activated plugins are:

 Buddy-Status-Notification 2.4.1
 Chatprediction 2.4.1
 Guifications 2.16
 Marker line 2.4.1

 (Don't know if the names are correct. Translated it from german names)
