 allow plugins to specify uri protocols that pidgin will linkify and
 callbacks to call for those protocols.

 I also wonder if there's some way we can get a list of valid URL schemes
 from the desktop environment and add those to our auto-linkify list at
 run-time. That way, if something registers apt:// with GNOME, I'd just
 start seeing apt:// URLs linkified.
