 ok sorry...here we go
 Q:If you "Show Offline Buddies" these buddies DO appear in your buddy list
 (as being Offline).

 A: they are in my buddy list, as offline buddies

 Q:When you try to IM one of these Buddies (by clicking on the Entry in the
 buddy list above) they do not receive your message.

 A: correct, they appear offline, i send a message, they do not get it,
 ever


 Q: If you immediately sign in with the native Yahoo client, these buddies
 appear as being ONLINE and you can IM them.

 A: yes, using the native yahoo client these buddies are online and we can
 chat

 Q: If the above is true, please provide the full debug output from logging
 into your yahoo account and specify the ids of some of the users that this
 issue occurs for so that we can cross-reference them in the log.

 A: Sorry, im somewhat of a layman, can you point me to where I can find
 the logs
