 As an example. some protocols (just Yahoo?) support doodling. If I have a
 contact with say, an MSN and a Yahoo account, with the MSN account being
 primary, to start doodling I right click their name, choose their
 secondary account, and then start doodling.

 What I want to do is draw a picture with a friend, not initiate a doodle
 session with buddy123 using Yahoo. Because of this, the option should
 exist on the main context menu for the contact.
