 When a user creates a buddy pounce, one of the options is `Play a
 sound...'. The user can choose any  sound file to play, but there is no
 automatic option to choose a good sound or to choose any of the sounds
 Pidgin already uses. The user should not have to hunt down a sound that is
 good to use as an alert.
