 This would be an opportunity to people searching buddies by name, nick,
 icq number, age, country, city etc.. instead of only by E-Mail. This would
 better and more specific than searching over icq website. In his case you
 would be seeing the whole list and you can easily right click on a buddy
 to check his info, instead of browsing through the website and it's more
 user friendly.
