 The Skype plugin works fantastic with Skype. I only have to run skype in
 background and I don't have to switch between skype and pidgin.

 Similar to this, is there a google talk plugin? I mean, a plugin that
 enables me to call (voice chat) gtalk buddies from pidgin? It's ok if I've
 to run gtalk in background. I just want the plugin to put my google talk
 in silent mode like the skype plugin.
