 All the fields are are left-aligned instead of right-aligned

 The starting column is somewhere outside of the tooltip itself, so most of
 the string isn't visible at all.

 Most of the text appears over the image, so it's not readable.


 I am using Windows XP (SP3). The default charset is Hebrew, but the
 location and locale are Japanese. This is not a new bug of 2.4.2
