 I have seen this defect since 2.3.0 I think, or ever earlier. The problem
 is that everybody sees my Yahoo! avatar as a black picture. I have tried
 several formats and sizes but I have the same result.
 There are two tickets reporting this (#2283 and #3352) but they are both
 closed and the error is still present.
