Running Windows XP with the new Service Pack 3. Pidgin 2.4.2, but this
problem was also happening with 2.4.1 before I upgraded.

Whenever I start pidgin I receive this following message in a pop up
 window before the program starts:

Application popup: Windows - No Disk : Exception Processing Message
 c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c

There are three options at that point:

Try again - redisplays the popup over and over.
Continue or Cancel - pop up error message goes away and pidgin starts
 running

 Possible reason for this problem:

I recently had a hard disk failure and had to install a new/blank hard
drive. So it's a fresh Windows install with all applications newly
installed. For some reason, during the installation of Windows the hard
drive (only one in the machine) was assigned the drive letter H. No idea
why that happened, but I was in a hurry and just started installing
 applications, including pidgin.

The computer works perfectly and I have no other problems related to the
main drive being H. Is there something hard-coded into pidgin that is
looking for drive C at startup?
