 Since version 2.4.1 it was impossible o communicate with ICQ in Russian -
 I received ununderstandable Latin instead of Cyrillic (Russian) text but
 my carrespondent received from me normal Russian text (Ticket #5519). It
 is changed in version 2.4.2 - now I receive normal Russian text, but my
 correspondent receives ununderstandable Latin.
