 This looks suspect to me, your png pixbuf loader is in /usr/lib64:

 /usr/lib64/gtk-2.0/2.10.0/loaders/libpixbufloader-png.so

 But your other libraries are in /usr/lib - is that some gentooism I'm not
 familiar with?
