 Sorry it took so long to get this committed, it kinda got forgotten
 (unfortunately, attachments don't trigger email notifications, so that
 didn't help).

 The patch didn't apply cleanly due to some changes I made post release, so
 I manually tweaked it to make it work.

 I also updated a couple things in order to make it remember the new
 addressbook id that is obtained when creating an entry.

 It seems to work great; Please review the changed version to make sure I'm
 not doing something wrong
