 I've written a patch to always use the image's hash as the filename when
 storing custom smileys. I think we came to this conclusion in the MUC
 room.

 I also switched place of the "Cancel" and "Add" buttons in the "Add
 Smiley" dialog to follow Gnome HIG (default action being the lower "end"
 corner). I also think there was some concensus on doing this...

 I don't think I've broken something. There is one change in public API,
 purple_smiley_set_data now doesn't have the parameter "keepfilename".
