Comment:

 MSN is not the only protocol supporting offline messages. I believe
 _DELAYED is what is being used for them now. If you want to introduce
 _OFFLINE, you'd have to change them as well. I don't see what's wrong with
 _DELAYED.

 I disagree that we need to change the nick color based on this. Given
 we're not getting a ton of cries about this, I'm going to close it. If you
 disagree, please email devel again and see if you can find consensus.
