Comment:

 I think you probably mean, "why we DO NOT disconnect all accounts on
 SIGHUP".

 I do not know how I can use NetworkManager to make Pidgin reconnect when
 PPP dies and reconnects, but currently I have managed to do it using that
 patch and the script, attached above.
