 If you look at the second backtrace, you can see that
 `flap_connection_destroy_cb` is called by the GLib main loop. Maybe, as
 you say, it's not being called by the !PurpleConnection as it is
 destroyed, but perhaps by some other connection destroyed at around the
 same time.
