Comment:

 It looks like its locale related, tried en,de and fr and no crash, doing
 the same with nl, crash. I tried a several times. But i can only reproduce
 the bug with nl. I even tried to clean my settings (removed .purple in
 %appdata%) but still the same bug.

 Is there something i can do to provide you new information.
