 Here's a patch that removes the use of `auth_hmac_md5` in favour of the
 HMAC cipher we now have in cipher.c. It also avoids calling
 `xmlnode_get_child(query, "crammd5")` twice.

 As I don't use the "Force old (port 5223) SSL" option, I was hoping you
 could try it out.
