 I'm not sure if this is a well know bug or even some ticket was already
 been submitted concerning this. I tried to search in tickets, but couldn't
 find anything. So, the problem is that sometimes when recieving a custom
 emoticon in a small chat window, the history chat gets focused on that
 line and all the other new messages gets scrolled beneath it. So you would
 need to scroll the window manually to fix it.
