Pidgin 2.5.2vv-devel has segfaulted and attempted to dump a core file.
so i figured out from media.c that it was looking for a fs-codecs.conf
file so i did this
by
cp /etc/farsight/gstcodecs.conf ~/.purple/fs-codec.conf
so now pidgin doesn't crash...but video calls dont work still...on the
sender it shows calling..but reciever never gets the calls ...can someone
look into this crash if ~/.purple/fs-codec.conf not found issue
