 hi,
 i am trying out the im.pidgin.maiku.vv branch and i cannot call anyone on
 yahoo or gtalk..because the options in media menu are disabled....and
 whenever sm1 calls me..pidgin crashes....but i can call my other machine
 running same compiled pidgin...but only audio...video crashes too.


 when i get call from someone using gtalk..the last messages are

 Pidgin 2.5.2vv-devel has segfaulted and attempted to dump a core file.




 and when i try a video call between two pidgin on my machines
 pidgin crashes

 so i figured out from media.c that it was looking for a fs-codecs.conf
 file so i did this
 by
   cp /etc/farsight/gstcodecs.conf ~/.purple/fs-codec.conf

 so now pidgin doesn't crash...but video calls dont work still...on the
 sender it shows calling..but reciever never gets the calls ...can someone
 look into this crash if ~/.purple/fs-codec.conf not found issue
