 Given my reading dialog is passed to the callbacks for the dialog
 presented and freed there. See lines 2484 and the icon_filesel_choose_cb
 and icon_filesel_delete_cb functions.

 Though, hm, it looks like there may possibly be a leak in the code for
 GTK+ versions older than 2.4.0 as we may not clean up dialog if the window
 is dismissed without having a selection made (unless that fires the cancel
 selection automatically).
