 I think yanking the label is a good idea, I did it for the Add Buddy
 dialog a little while back and haven't heard any comments about it either
 way since then. I think it should also be done to the Add Chat dialog (I
 didn't think of it at the time or I would have done so).

 I'm not sure how much sense it makes to pull the dropdown out of the tabs
 if we aren't going to move anything else, but other than thinking it may
 look a little odd (even more so because the top couple of fields are never
 going to change) I don't have any real arguments against doing so. I think
 it is likely something we can do and see if people scream. Ideally we
 really would have a way to get good user test data for this stuff, so if
 anyone has ideas about how to get that I'm all ears.
