 commit?

 In terms of feedback, the patch looks pretty good. I grepped for other
 uses of PIDGIN_STOCK_MODIFY to make sure it was appropriate to add the
 ellipsis to them. It was. However, you missed the matching GTK_STOCK_ADD
 to PIDGIN_STOCK_ADD change in those cases. I'm ready to commit this as
 soon as I know how you'd like to be credited.
