 since i have to add myself as a buddy for every network i'm logged in in
 order to see my online status i would greatly appreciate the following:

 i'd like to group my "my network status" buddies into one single buddy
 "status" with _all_ the network icons to its right in which i am online.
 so, instead of having a (vertical) list "own status" with a buddy for
 every network i'd like to have one buddy with all the icons (horizontally)
 showing its active networks (or all networks and inactive ones greyed
 out). maybe even (because more consistent) with all my grouped contacts.

 different buddy icons in different networks could be displayed as a kind
 of slideshow. or replaced by a single buddy icon for all networks.

 although this collides with the principle of transparency in regard to
 networks, i would find that extremely handy.
