 The Gtk theme I am using has tooltips with black backgrounds and white
 text, but the tooltip that embeds itself into the Pidgin buddy list that
 tells you you have new emails seems to use staticly black text, which
 makes it unreadable on my current tooltip theme. The other tooltips in the
 buddy list, when you hover over contacts, respect my theme settings
 correctly.

 My Gtk theme is attached (requires clearlooks and murrine-svn)
