Comment:

 Ctrl-period and ctrl-comma are hard-coded in gtkconv.c I believe Sadrul
 added them a while back. I believe they were added because this is the
 only way to get them to function when the conversation entry area is
 focused (otherwise I would think it would be possible to use the normal
 gtkrc key binding mechanism for this, though after a quick try I couldn't
 get that to work either).
