 bugzilla is a beast, no doubt about it, but that isn't the GTK+ people's
 fault. Though you may consider it their fault that they chose to use it,
 but that is neither here nor there.

 Most people don't bother trying to search for existing bug reports before
 posting them, so most people aren't going to see that. Not to mention that
 you have to explicitly request the 'advanced' form to see that as the
 default is the simple form which is very simple.
