 Here at my company we use the Pidgin client to communicate among the
 employees. I have some users here at my company that are having their
 Available status randomly change when they are logged in. Other users
 within our company see them as being Offline, but to the user, they see
 themselves as still being online and Available. It's like their client is
 not being updated or refreshed for some reason.

 One user has her AIM set up so that she receives IMs on her cellphone when
 her AIM is offline. Because of the issue as stated above, while online
 with Pidgin, she will randomly get messages on her phone as if she were
 not signed into Pidgin.
 Please offer some insight on this issue.
