 I've just started up Pidgin (2.5.2) on a Windows Vista machine. It's told
 me that the account has been disabled, and that it was unable to connect
 (error message in title of this ticket).

 As I'm running on a Windows machine, the other tickets don't apply, I
 assume. Also, other people seem to be able to connect.

 One other thing to add, is that I can't sign in online to the webmail
 section of Windows Live (WL Mail, mail.live.com).

 It just redirects me to a page where I have to enter my password, which I
 do, then it just reloads the same page, no message.
