Comment:

 We don't typically milestone a ticket unless there's a specific reason to.
 A prime example here would be the 3.0.0 milestone, where it's useful
 because we know those items '''have''' to wait for 3.0.0.  Not a big deal
 though.  I'm going to assign this to grim since you discussed it with him.
