 I got the NTLM signing working!  I just pushed my changes and test code.
 Right now it's still proof-of-concept - it successfully generates/verifies
 the signature of a msg sent from OCS 2007 in `make tests`, but I still
 need to modify the message sending code to sign outgoing messages and
 verify all incoming msgs - look for it soon!
