 (14:56:58) rlaager: We want to support xml smiley themes, based off the
 schema from XEP-0038, with a description field added.
 (14:58:34) rlaager: It should actually be pretty simple. Nobody has done
 it, though.
 (14:58:56) rlaager: Then you'd just save those descriptions and show the
 tooltips in the conversation and the smiley window.
