Comment:

 This isn't really that it didn't notice the location moving, as such,
 (because it is irrelevant).  We remember the absolute path of the last
 save location and reuse it for the next save; we have no idea if this is
 your desktop or any other "special" location, so there isn't much we can
 do to detect it moving.
